Thank you for considering Capeside Animal Hospital as your pet’s provider of veterinary services. We are dedicated to maintaining the health of your pet and look forward to many future years together. We allocate extra time for new client appointments so we can become acquainted with you and your pet.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork prior to your appointment. Please bring your pet’s medical history and current vaccine status. Rabies vaccination is required by law and proof of vaccination is required before our staff will handle your pet. If you do not have your pet’s previous medical/vaccine history, we will be glad to contact your previous veterinarian and obtain it for you. If you would prefer, you may print out our New Client Information form and bring it with you for your first appointment.
Payment Policy Professional fees are to be paid at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Care Credit and Wells Fargo Health Advantage. We can also process your Trupanion Pet Insurance claim in house through Trupanion Express. We do not accept checks. We will gladly prepare a written estimate if you desire; please ask the receptionist or doctor.
