Our hospital manager, Terry Grillo, presented a North Brunswick High School Student with a $1000 scholarship on behalf of Capeside Animal Hospital.  The scholarship was coordinated through Communities in School.  Pictured are Terry Grillo, Sheriff John Ingram, (who assisted with the presentation) and the NBHS scholarship recipients.

Capeside Animal Hospital now has an Online Pharmacy!  You can access our online pharmacy through your pet portal.  Click the "log in" button on the upper right corner of our website to get started.  We also are price matching to all online pharmacies, so if you see the products you want on another site for less, send us an email with the information and we will match the price!

Furever Friends Animal Rescue, in conjunction with Capeside Animal Hospital, is sponsoring a FREE rabies clinic at the Leland Bark in the Park on Saturday, March 5 from 11AM to 1PM at Leland Town Hall on Village Road!

All Capeside Animal Hospital employees are encouraged to participate in continuing education programs.

All technicians have recently completed on line training and have received certification for attending the VetLab Station Certificate Course.

In addition, both Technician Supervisors (Maggie and Bobbie) have completed the TVMA Certified Veterinary Assistant course.

In an ongoing effort to improve our standard of care, Capeside Animal Hospital has recently purchased new in-house laboratory equipment to evaluate your pet's health.  This equipment enables us to provide immediate blood work results in less than 10 minutes.

We now have:

• CBC Machine (complete blood count) - gives us information on red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelet count.
• Chemistry Machine - gives us information on kidney and liver function, and electrolytes.
• Coagulation Machine - gives us information on your pet's blood clotting function.
• Urinalysis Machine

All of this information is immediately downloaded into your pet's medical record and a copy can be printed for you.
